Brg For Community Mobilization

Ò   BRG for community mobilization parents meet was held at Aluva BRC on 11/11/2014.The programme was intended for parents in connection with Children’s day.     A teacher from every Government/Aided school  has to attend the training. The class was lead by Trainer Reena C and Co-ordinator Joymon K.J.

 Shastrakauthukam (21/10/2014)

Ò   Shastrakauthukam was a full day programme designed for pupils of upper primary schools under Aluva BRC.To help the pupils to approach Science in a different way and to make pupils familiar with scientific experiments were its main objectives.

Ò   Retired teacher Sri James Vargheese presented about 35 simple experiments.It helped the pupils to generate curiosity and interest in Science.The programme was inaugurated by ward member Smt Molly Jimmy.30 pupils from different schools under Aluva BRC participated in this programme.Tea and snacks were provided.Vote of thanks was given by cluster co-ordinator Sri Joymon K.J

 The art of public speaking

Ò   A BRC based programme “Art of public speaking” was conducted on 29/10/2014 at Aluva BRC.Sri Anson CJ,BPO I/C of Vypeen BRC lead the programme.35 pupils from various U.P schools under Aluva BRC participated in this programme.This programme really helped the pupils to develop confidence to stand and speak in front of an audience.As a result of this programme,the winding up session was done by pupils themselves.

 Wheel chair distribution(31/10/2014)

Ò   A BRC based charity programme was arranged in Aluva Brc with the support of Daya charitable society.The Kadungaloor Grama Panchayath president Sri KK Jinnas,Ward member Smt Molly Jimmy,Deepa madam,Daya charitable society members Sri Jaleel Thanath,Sri Jose Varapuzha,BRC staff,Sri KS Aliyar(GLPS East Kadungaloor),teachers and pupils from GLPS East Kadungaloor were present.A home based child Noel from GUPS Kuttikkattukara was gifted with a wheel chair by Sri KK Jinnas.

Hindi fest 

Ò  A BRC based full day programme ‘Hindi fest’ was conducted in Alangad cluster to enhance Hindi learning.The Alangad Panchayath President T.U Prasad inaugurated the function.Competitions on 12 items like Hindi Drama,Patriotic Song, KadhaKadhan,Drama were held.Pupils from GHS Kongorpilly,LFHS Panayikulam and KEMHS Alangad participated in this programme.IEDC Programme officer Deepa Alexius,BPO I/C Sojan O.P,Ward member P.S Jagadeeshan,BRC Trainer Sunil Kumar and other BRC staff were present.

2.SWACH BHARATH SWACH VIDHYALAY ABHIYAN 2014

Ò   The BRC level inauguration of Swach Bharath Swach Vidhyalay Abhiyan 2014 was held at Chirakkakam Cluster by Paravur MLA Sri V D Sathisan.BPO,BRC staff,panchayath representatives,teachers and pupils from different schools participated in this programme.Painting competition,poster building,story writing etc were conducted for pupils on the topic “Safe campus Clean campus”.

Ò   BRC and BRC premises were selected to be cleaned on the 4th day of October.All the staff tried their best to make it clean.Various schools under Aluva BRC conducted different programmes inconnection with Swach Bharath Swach Vidhyalay Abhiyan 2014.

3.Headmasters training  (9/10/2014)

Ò   A training programme was conducted under Aluva BRC for Govt/Aided/Unaided Headmasters in connection with UDISE.The programme was conducted clusterwise at various centres.Almost all the headmasters participated in this training.

4.Iedc painting competition(21/10/2014)

Ò   A painting competition was held at Aluva BRC for IEDC children. Nine pupils from different clusters under Aluva BRC participated in this programme.Sanal M.S(GHS Pathalam),Akash(KNMMES Edathala) and Ahath Jamal(HGCGHS Thottakkattukara) won first,second and third prize respectively.

5.Parental awareness(24/10/2014) 

Ò   A parental awareness programme was conducted in Varapuzha panchayath for parents of IEDC pupils at HIBHS Varapuzha.The class was taken by resourse teachers Mini S and Dolly.Twenty seven parents and pupils participated in this programme.This programme helped the parents to identify the various talents of their children and how to develop them.  

6. Cluster training(25/10/2014)

Ò   The cluster training for Govt/aided L.P,U.P teachers under Aluva BRC was held at 25/10/2014.Class wise training was given for L.P section and subject wise training was given for U.P section.
